PAINTING MAINTENANCE PLANS

Paint coatings degrade at various rates dependent upon the property’s location and whether they receive full sunlight or if some surfaces aren’t protected from inclement weather.

Part of utilising our experience is to ensure we maximise the life of each coating without incurring additional preparation costs by delaying works.

We maintain many properties over extended periods which often includes rolling repaints of surfaces or buildings combined with annual paint maintenance.

This is particularly relevant for schools, hospitals and hospitality sites.

BUILDING REPAIRS

Under taking building repairs prior to repainting is another service we have developed over the last 40 years to ensure our clients can utilise a one stop shop when repainting their property.

We don’t hold a building licence but often employ registered builders when required to undertake the necessary repairs.

These vary from roof, gutter and render repairs, door replacement or window/door easing.
